If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).

The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service). Any ambiguities in the interpretation of these Terms of Service shall not be construed against the drafting party.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Alberta, Canada.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

PERSONAL INFORMATION

This website does not collect any personal or usage information. It provides information on training and other services offered by Elevated Insight and Engineering Ltd. (EIEL) that you can review and download, but does not request or electronically collect any information from you or your computer as a condition for or as part of the process of distributing this information to you.

If you select, “contact us”, your browser will open an email in your personal email program, with Greg Small’s address prepopulated. If you choose to complete the email with details of your request or inquiry, the email will be sent to EIEL (Greg Small) directly from your computer (not via this website) and will electronically only contain the information you choose to provide in composing the email. EIEL will treat whatever details you forward in strict confidence and will file your email in the EIEL email filing system. Information as may be required to complete course and other service records will be manually transferred into other documents as required, with the exception that full credit card information will only remain in the format you submitted and will not be transferred.

COURSE REGISTRATION DIRECTLY WITH EIEL OR WITH 3M

Outside of this website, if you register for a course, you will be sent a fillable registration form that you will need to complete and email back to EIEL, either as a printout and scan, or as an electronic document. This form will collect your name and contact information. If you elect to pay by Credit Card, the form will also collect your credit card information. None of this information will pass through this website and will be kept in strict confidence by EIEL for the purposes of the registration and payment for the course, record keeping and software licensing. If Credit Card payment has been made, a receipt will be issued back to you that partially masks the credit card information. The only other option for registering for a course, is to click on a link to redirect you to a 3M website, whereupon the Privacy Policies of that website will be applicable to whatever transactions you undertake, including registering for and paying for a course. 

IMPLIED CONSENT

EIEL will not forward any information, including your email address, to any other party without your consent, with the exception that when you register for a course or webinar, it is understood that (unless you explicitly state otherwise when you transmit your email information to EIEL), you consent to your email address (only) being included in the address header of applicable group emails sent only to persons attending that particular course or webinar. If you desire that your email address be withheld from other attendees, then you must explicitly state in your registration email, that you want your email to be with-held from other students.
